The invoicing section is where you pull in all the costs from one or more jobs and bill your customers.

When adding completed jobs to an invoice you see the costs involved and even the original quote and then with a few clicks of the mouse you can quickly create an invoice that gives you the profit you want. Visual indicators on screen show you when the amount you are billing exceeds the costs involved by a predefined profit margin.

Because you choose which costs to assign it is incredibly easy to create stage invoices for just labour or materials or subcontractor costs and keep track of what has already been billed and what is outstanding giving you the flexibility to bill your customers how and when you like.
